The purpose of Within These Walls is to encourage, enhance and nurture the process of uniting the parents and children who have been touched by the Adoption Process.
To bring the past into the future with a resolution for all parties involved
To assist all parties in finding their way in today’s world with understanding and acceptance for all walks of life.
To enrich the lives of those who seek to find healing and hope for a better future.
To acknowledge the effect of the adoption process on all parties in the “triangle” of adoption.
To assist in the healing process by supporting those affected by adoption.
To obtain reconciliation in accordance with the needs of all parties namely, the mother, father the adoptee and adoptive parent.
To provide advice on the use of DNA matching services to help establish or confirm family relationships.
To operate as a Non- Profit Organisation.
To source funding to allow the association to achieve its objectives.
Implementation of a support network to help the individual and community heal.
